Peer Mediation Request Form

Parents, students, and staff are all welcome to request a mediation for students having an ongoing conflict.  Complete the attached form to request a mediation by clicking on the link.  Please remember that a mediation is not intended for bullying situations where someone is causing another student or students to feel unsafe at school.  Please notify a trusted adult to share those concerns.  You can book an appointment to meet with Mrs. Maas for those situations.
